Even joint pain and inflammation are connected to gluten sensitivity. The inflammatory effects that happen because of gluten intolerance are a reason for muscle pain. The Arthritis Foundation published findings that directly link arthritis and joint pain to gluten sensitivity.
8. Headaches and Migraines
According to medical experts, migraines are common for gluten-intolerant people. Gluten intolerant people have bigger chances to suffer from migraine than those who are not intolerant.
